After every day your body is going to need to rest and if you do not give your body the rest it needs then you will be negatively affecting your health and affecting your wellness. There is a ton of different factors and a ton of different considerations you will want to think about with sleep because you will need to have around seven hours up to nine hours of sleep if you want your body to recoup properly.
