WWE Summerslam Results – August 15, 2010
Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler vs Kofi Kingston ended in no contest when The nexus interfered and attacked both of them.
Melina defeated Alicia Fox by pinfall in WWE Divas Championship match. Melina hits Fox with Facebuster to get the win. Melina is our new Divas champion. After the match, Layla and Michelle McCool attacked Melina.
Big Show defeated CM Punk, Luke Gallows and Joey Mercury in 3-on-1 handicap match by pinfall. Show pins Mercury and Gallows simaltaneously to get the win.
Randy Orton defeated Sheamus in WWE Championship match by DisQualification when Sheamus throws the referee to the floor. Sheamus is still our WWE Champion.
Kane defeated Rey Mysterio in World Heavyweight Championship Match by pinfall. Kane hits Mysterio with Chokeslam to get the win. Kane is still our World Heavyweight Champion. After the Match, The Undertaker returned to WWE. Kane hits Undertaker with a Tombstone and leaves the ring.
Team John Cena (John Cena, John Morrison, R-Truth, Bret Hart, Edge, Chris Jericho and Daniel Bryan) defeated The Nexus (Wade Barrett, David Otunga, Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater, Darren Young, Skip Sheffield and Michael Tarver) in 7-on-7 Elimination Tag Team Match.
- Darren Young has been eliminated by Daniel Bryan by submission. Bryan locks Young in a crossface hold and Young taps out.
- Michael Tarver has been eliminated by John Morrison by pinfall. Morrison hits Tarver with Starship Pain to get the pin.
- John Morison has been eliminated by Skip Sheffield by pinfall. Sheffield hits Morrison with a big clothesline to get the pin.
- R-Truth has been eliminated by Skip Sheffield by pinfall. Sheffield hits R-Truth with a big clothesline to get the pin.
- Bret “Hitman” Hart has been eliminated by Skip Sheffield by disualification when Bret Hart hits Sheffield with a chair.
- Skip Sheffield has been eliminated by Edge by pinfall. Edge hits Sheffield with a spear to get the win.
- David Otunga has been eliminated by Chris Jericho by submission. Jericho locks Otunga in the Walls of Jericho and Otunga taps out.
- Chris Jericho has been eliminated by Heath Slater by pinfall.
- Edge has been eliminated by Heath Slater by roll-up.
- Heath Slater has been eliminated by Daniel Bryan by submission.
Bryan locks Slater in a crossface and Young taps out.
